Kohlenberger III (Grand Rapids, MI: Zondervan, 1987) and the Word Study Greek-English New Testament with Complete Concordance, edited by Paul R. The Interlinear Hebrew Greek English Bible, Volume One through Volume Three,by Jay Green (Lafayette, IN: AP&A, 1979), to which you referred, may be out of print. Even if you could find it, it is not worth purchasing, because its New Testament Greek text is not reliable, and it interlinear translation of both the Old Testament Hebrew and the New Testament Greek are very inaccurate.
