Question/insight #22:
"My question regards the original compilation of both the OT and NT- who
selected, among the many historical and spiritual writings, those writings that
compose the Bible?"
Response #22: Your
question really amounts to, "How was the OT and NT canon determined?"
You can begin by reading in Bible dictionaries or standard encyclopedias some
articles on "canon." Many one-volume commentaries also have such articles.
